The poison was extracted from the strange moss from the Krome Underground. The strange moss's poison was not weak and was not enough to kill a high-cycle mage instantly.

After all, even Rezen survived the moss by consuming purifying clovers. If he can do that with a human's body, what more for a magic beast at the peak of the Junior Rank?

The only redeeming quality of that moss was its subtlety. Even Senior Ranks lifeforms are unable to detect it and Rezen combined those characteristics to create an even more potent poison.

He used the contaminants from the remaining contaminated stones he got from the Krome Underground to create a more potent poison while still retaining the discreetness of the poison.

The poison extracted from the moss was enough to poison even a peak Junior Rank beast in just a matter of seconds.

"Too bad that the contaminated stones are limited. The strange moss I grew with it is not unlimited" Rezen thought with a sigh and he continued pulling Treen away.

The special poison that he has is limited and he couldn't use it indiscriminately. He rarely uses it. If not for him wanting to make sure that Quard would die without implicating him, he wouldn't even use the poison and have its effects be delayed for a few days before erupting.

Just look at the magic scrolls he used. Each of them surely costs a ton of mana stones considering that they were able to roast all three peak Junior Beasts to death.

Even Rezen can't help but be envious. If only he still has his mystical cherry bombs in this realm!

Rezen acknowledged with a nod and he hurriedly waved his magic wand. He fired a beam of sunlight and it struck a magic beast at the 6th cycle that almost killed Theon.

That causes Theon's back to be covered in sweat and he immediately thanked Rezen. There really is no time even for greeting in this kind of situation. Even a second of carelessness is enough to get you killed.

With the two groups merging, they continue running with the help of their spells and treasure. As Rezen was the strongest among the four, he proactively killed the magic beasts getting in their way when suddenly, they felt all the hair on their bodies standing.
