Chapter 430 Defeating the Enemies Easily
"Space Ability, Unlock."
Nathan could feel a strange energy coming into his body. Just like his wind, he could feel something that didn't belong to him fused with his body just for a moment.
Nathan's expression turned solemn.
Noticing Nathan get distracted, the ox and Gray hurriedly attacked him again.
Nathan, on the other hand, checked the count and other people once more. They had a fair distance from him, so they shouldn't notice it.
With that thought in mind, Nathan summoned all his bullets and scattered them around to confuse the enemies on which ones they should focus.
"!!!" Gray squinted his eyes. Since he was much farther away from Nathan, he would be able to react to all those bullets.
However, the ox decided to forget about his defense. Since Nathan didn't make his composite bullets, he swung his mace and created a gale that destroyed all the bullets in front.
Some bullets hit his body, but it wasn't fatal. Hence, the ox continued until it caught up with Nathan.
"Ooohhh!" The ox roared and smashed Nathan. Unfortunately for him, Nathan avoided it once again, but this time, barely.
As if the ox had realized this would happen, the moment his first attack missed, the ox had already made his preparation for the second swing.
That was right. The ox's plan was to hit him with the second one. Even if it was weaker, it would still hurt Nathan quite a bit.
"Oohh!" The ox was declaring that he would be the victor.
Nathan shouldn't be able to escape this. Yet even though the mace was right in front of his face, Nathan actually smiled.
"!!!" The ox abruptly widened his eyes as he completed his swing, only to have his body disappear into particles with the mace never reaching Nathan.
"Huh?" Gray was confused and turned around, finding Andreas to have a massive hole in his chest, which ultimately killed him. There wasn't even an attack, so how did he die?
Gray abruptly felt a fluctuation near him and turned around to see what was going on and tried to avoid it, but it was too late. He could only see a small portal and Nathan's bullet coming through it from the corner of his eye before the bullet pierced through his body.
'What? A portal? That bastard… has a space element?' Gray widened his eyes. They had obviously heard about Nathan, but this was the first time they heard a first-year student having an element, and it was a space element to boot.
If he knew about this, he would have maintained his vigilance at the maximum, knowing this might happen. But the thing Nathan used was simply too ridiculous.
With a face filled with regret, Gray glared at Nathan before falling to the ground.

"!!!" His familiars were shocked because their enemies suddenly disappeared.
But Nathan's voice immediately echoed on the battlefield. "What are you doing? Are you slacking? Defeat the rest!"
Fenrir, Anubis, Nidhogg, and Jinwu immediately shifted their focus to Mad Wolf and Quzi.
Because of Fenrir, Mad Wolf was already having a hard time against the count's knight due to him being unable to use his werewolves. As a result, they couldn't do anything.
On the other hand, Quzi wasn't much of an opponent, so defeating him would only take a minute or two.
In the meantime, Count Reysion came to Nathan. "Thank you, Summoner Nathan."
Before he could continue, Nathan raised his hand, stopping her. "I don't understand what you're talking about. I just had an argument with my friend and wanted some time to cool off.
"And for some reason, there are people attacking you, so as a good person, it's only right for me to help.
"Anyway, I have blown off some steam, so I will make up with my friends."
"Wait." Count Reysion wanted to stop him since he realized Nathan was planning to leave.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
However, Nathan didn't wait. He just left, not wanting to hear a single word from him.
If it were anyone else, the count would think that they were rude. But Nathan had no reason to do so. In fact, he realized that Nathan acted this way to indirectly tell him that he had to do this because he was aware of the attack.
And he had to take down this organization even though it wasn't directly related to the mission.
This way, no one could question his motive, which maintained his good reputation. No, it might even boost his reputation even further.
Nathan immediately leaped on Fenrir's back as Anubis and the others followed.
"How is it? Is the test successful?"
"Yep. Fortunately, 1,250 gold coins are enough to buy at least 1,000 proto-class cores. That's double the ena I need to sacrifice for this test." Nathan chuckled.
"That's good then. I guess we'll be fighting against a very strong opponent next…"
"Yeah. I'm afraid that one of their familiars alone will be enough for all of us, so I need to make sure the trump card is working. At the very least, I need to buy at least five minutes so that they won't think it's a trap." Nathan nodded.
Even though they were divine beasts, all of them knew that their strength was nowhere near their peak. If Nathan thought they didn't stand a chance, it must mean the opponents would be at grandmaster level at the very least.
That was why Nathan's warning made them realize the importance of their strength.
It didn't take too long for them to reach the other side, finding Alavenya to fight against the remaining opponents.
"Are we going to help her? There's still some time before your contract runs out, right?"
Nathan squinted his eyes. Alavenya's eyes were bloodshot, as if she was furious.
When a giant was about to hit her, Alavenya leaped into the air, surprising the giant with the Soaring Step.
"What did you say?" Alavenya roared and punched the giant with the Dragon Fist.
The punch broke the giant's nose. No, the punch was actually much more terrifying than the one she used against him.
After all, the punch actually pushed the giant away until he tripped to the ground.
Seeing such a scene gave Nathan the answer. "No. Let her defeat them."
