Chapter 460
Afterword
Author’s Afterword
The book is finally finished!
Sprinkle flower petals! Sprinkle flower petals! Sprinkle flower petals!
Cough cough, let’s talk about some nonsense next.
First of all, I acknowledge that the book is not well-written.
Regardless of what readers think, anyway, I feel that the writing is not good.
In the end, I could only confess that it was because when I started writing this book, I only conceived a beginning, and there was no overall outline at all.
Although the outline was continuously improved later, because of the beginning, the subsequent plots were too restricted, and it became more and more difficult to justify itself.
Alas, I wrote it too hastily at the beginning.I can write it down, thanks to the fact that I wrote this background setting as early as fifteen years ago.
Originally, I wanted to write a trilogy series.
The protagonists of the first part are Ji Wuya, Mo Wei and Su Zhenyan, the protagonists of the second part are Lin Fengtian and Xiao Ruoyao, and the protagonists of the third part are Feng Shao and Lin Xiaoran.
Therefore, settings such as the Tiangang Sword Sect, Chongyang Sword Sect, Yunjian Pavilion, Tianyun Lingyin Pavilion, Xiaoyao Hall, Ten Forbidden Areas, and Ten Treasures of Heaven and Earth are really supposed to be deliberate.
But at the beginning, because the speed was too slow, I only wrote 100,000 words in three months, which led to giving up later.
Of course, studying for proper settings is more important.
I have to admit to myself, fantasy novels are really not my strong point. In addition, this novel is not a pure fantasy novel, which caused the subsequent plot to be biased again and again, and the ending was a bit too sloppy, even I couldn’t read it myself.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
It is really hard for readers to support for this so long, only to finally read such a disappointing novel. This author is very ashamed in his heart, and bows to everyone here.
One bow.
Two bows.
Three bows.
Again…
In order to make it up to you all, we are now proudly presenting the author’s new book to everyone!
(Applause here please!)
The new book is called “Transcendent Realm: I Have a World Tree,” which was written by overthrowing and resetting “Transcendent Realm: My World Can Tolerate All Things.”
Well, as I said in the last book, I will never force the continuation of my novels again! If I think it is not good, then I will start over and write it out!
Another important reason is that a reader reminded me that Xiao Ruoyao has guest-starred in so many of my books, and she should have her own story!
Because it took several more months to conceive, the plot and character relationships of this book will be more detailed than the original, and some unreasonable character arrangements and plot settings have also been modified.
Added settings for the seven forbidden domain level powerhouses of Nightmare Breakers.
Added settings for the Six Pillar Gods of the Seat of Shadows.
Added settings for the Big Three backlighting.
Added the setting of the three-party war for hegemony.
Two important aspects, “Book of Heaven” and “Shenyin,” have been added.
Modified the settings of “Red Lotus” Su Zhenyan.
Modified the settings of the Tianhai Team.
The Council of Stars and the Renaissance Society are retained, and the settings of organizations such as Amaterasu, Knights Templar, and Bloody Dawn are added.
Added final order setting.
Other settings are basically retained. The protagonists are still named Lin Fengtian and Xiao Ruoyao, and the second male lead Feng Zi’an is added.
In short, the author of this book has really spent a lot of effort and designed a lot of content, hoping to bring you the ultimate reading enjoyment.
Okay, enough of the nonsense, let’s see you in the next book!
(If you want to give good reviews, please do so!)

Translator’s Note
Finished.
This is my first work that I completely finished while putting it up for others to read, so thank you for reaching this end.
It took a long time due to a lot of IRL stuff happening, which led to a lot of delays and even causing me to not be able to work on this. I did my best to finish the IRL stuff while I still have some leeway or stockpile of chapters, but I barely even made it.
There are a lot of things the author wrote that left me confused as well as a lot I wanted to comment on, but I’m just happy I managed to make it work, no matter how sloppy or messy things became.
Also, the author sometimes puts notes in between paragraphs that had nothing to do with the story, which I decided to not include in the translation. They looked like rants sometimes, so I can’t help but wonder if the author was using this novel as a diary at times.
I had a lot I wanted to say but now, I can’t find the words for them.
Anyways, thanks for reading!
