With a nod from Alice, we closed our eyes and focused. It was a moment of intense concentration, but also trust. As the link was established, I felt a surge of energy.

For some reason, I could tell that Alice's mind power was different, but the other four had the same characteristic as mine. It was as if they were mine all along.

After leveling up, my Mind Power had increased and after linking with them, it broke 300 and continue to increased.

That was a huge increase, and I could feel that all my abilities were temporarily elevated to a new level.

"This feeling!" I mused to myself. I could sense every fiber and molecule in my body. My mind operated at a faster rate, and I felt like I was breaking into a level far beyond my current abilities.

"Keep going!" I ordered, urging them to continue pouring their power into me.

I was already aware of the limitations of her abilities. Alice had explained that the amount and speed of Mind Power transfer depended on the vessel, which in this case, was me.

So, I intended to keep charging and absorbing Mind Power until my body reached its limit, knowing I had my reset skill to prevent any accidental death.

After a couple more seconds, my brain began throbbing faster and faster, and the neurons inside it accelerated to the point where I started to see visions of the future seconds later. It was an utterly surreal feeling.

'This power, it's too addicting,' I grinned, feeling corrupted by the sensation .

However, as I neared the 500 mark, I suddenly felt a sharp headache. It wasn't an issue of my brain being unable to handle it; rather ,my soul was beginning to crack under the strain of the immense power.

'It's time ,' I pulled Sung Hei from my black-hole , and in instant a bright light filled the whole space , it was way faster than before , and a lot hotter .

"Time Stop!" I roared, using most of my Mind Power in one go. Suddenly, everything turned pitch black.

Fortunately, I had already experimented with Mio's power, so I knew what to do.

Understanding her ability was by far the most complicated. The power to stop time was powerful, but controlling it was equally challenging and demanding.

The reason I couldn't see anything was because even the particles of light had slowed down, meaning the light waves were no longer reflecting on my eyes.

To overcome this, I created my own light sources using my powers. This simulated bouncing light because I allowed it to move normally, enabling me to see in the slowed-down environment.

Of course, the colors were not as accurate, but it would suffice for now.

The next issue was how I could move in this area.

Normally, Mio can move in her own Time Stop, but for that to work, she has to think of what to do first before the ability activates, which was why her power has so many restrictions.

In this state, her power to control time simply follows her advanced thought and sends her to the future where that thought manifests, instead of her physically moving her body.

Additionally, she couldn't cause affect her environment at all without facing a recoil.

For my plan to work, I also needed Sung Hei to move normally at the same time frame as me. This was where Rei Mei's power came into effect.

By changing my frequency and Sung Hei's, we would be able to move, at the same time and avoid kinetic discharge when we did something extensive.

Kinetic discharge was the effect when I moved in an area where all the particles were frozen. Because even the smallest molecules became solid, the moment I moved, I would collide with those particles, creating massive explosions that not even I could survive unscathed .

My plan requires control that transcends my current powers.

This was the reason why I needed Alice to siphon Mind power because the demand for using all these powers was too much for me to bear alone.

Instead of hitting the particles, I just passed through them.

'It's done,' I felt the restriction in my body being lifted, and I tried to open and close my hands before studying my surroundings.

As I raised my head, I observed the light attack of the Time Wraiths slowly approaching. Its movement was sluggish but it was moving closer.

Each shimmering particle of light seemed to pulse with energy, hinting at the formidable force it possessed.

Even with all of this preparation, it was not enough to stop this attack. This just showed how powerful the Time Wraiths were.

I looked at my hands and saw Sung Hei's sword form.

"Hey, wake up," I spoke to her.

"What's happening?," she replied with a shocked expression.

"Stop wasting time and just turn back to normal. We don't have much time," I ordered her.

Hearing how serious I was, she started transforming back.

"So what's your p—"

I cut her off and kissed her right away. At this moment, there was no time for talking, and we needed to act immediately.

She was pushing me off at first, but I held her closer to my chest using my tongue to satisfy her. She just transformed so she was now fully naked, which was just perfect.Nôv(el)B\\jnn
