The two creatures started walking from the corners while grunting slowly toward Ella who only smiled. It came to a point when both the creatures were at the gate and they after looking around one more time left toward the North of the Shelter.

"Were you able to understand them, Aunt Ella?" Lucas asked with urgency and curiosity.

"No, but a mother knows the look of another mother, she was not gonna attack until we had done so. But things might have been way worse if no one was pregnant heh." She said while wiping the sweat off her face.

"Whatever the case, they still went inside the Kobold's territory and they won't show any restraint I am sure." Lucas said aloud and moved inside the Shelter's territory to meet his creation again with love.

Ella had already forgotten of the Kobolds and looked in the direction of the creatures with worry. Suddenly, she felt a tug on her waist.

"We have already done enough, Ella. They have to be on there on now, alright?" John said while holding her waist and planting his head on her right shoulder from the back.

Ella just nodded, she really had done enough for them but if the female was to die anyway then what was the point?

But she knew that she couldn't expect from the others to save the creatures from the Kobolds.

"Alright, new members... let me give you a tour."

Afterward, squeaks and gasps from the others had become a regular occurrence. The loudest collective reaction had been when Lucas opened the storage room.

The idea of joining these people which was just a command from their former leader had become a magnificent idea.

10 minutes later, everyone was sitting inside the shelter's spacious living area. The room was big enough to accommodate 15 people if getting cramped up was not a big deal.

Everyone had taken the support of the wall and the corners as they were finally able to close their eyes without getting infected.

The moment Sadra sat with her sister, it didn't take her a single minute to fall asleep on her shoulder. Haley on the other hand wanted to sleep but she knew that some important discussions will take place soon.

And she was right.

"We have just reached the shelter so I am not going to start any important discussion, we will pick times to do that so that we don't start randomly.

First of all, the items that everyone took from the chest, please place them all at the center of the room." John said after taking out a small rough paper from his pocket, he dragged himself to the center which was near, and placed the first item there.

One by one, everyone did so and 11 item papers were collected in the center.

Lucas came to the center and in front of everyone's eyes. He started tearing them.

He tore the first, the 'Gaint tree nuts' was there in front of everyone. The quantity was only two but still having big trees could be a good addition to the shelter's safety.

The mana fire starter, the summoning scroll, the Unacole seeds that were inside a small pouch made of leather.

The amulet of reflection, The processed leather piece, the Everbloom vine seeds, the rune carving knife, the Body strengthening technique book, the wood carver.

Lucas left one which was the anvil, according to John. The anvil would be very heavy so getting it out right now without any use could not do anyone any good.

"We have all the items in front of us aside from the anvil. I will keep aside the Gaint tree nuts as we have no need for it right now. The mana fire started is also not important as we have two fire skill users that can do it for us much easier. But it can still come in handy someday. The summoning scroll will also go in storage as it is a one time use treasure and we don't wanna waste it.

The Unacole and Everbllom vine seeds will be planted in the shelter's territory. We will be able to provide them with good soil and water thanks to Sandra."

Lucas stopped and went through the ones that were left.

"We will think of someone who will keep the amulet of reflection later, the leather piece will be given to Uncle John who will make it into something else later, The rune carving knife will go to Sean after he shows that he has learned the skill and all. The body strengthening book will be used by everyone."

Lucas stopped as all the items were over. He was waiting for someone who would argue about the unfair distribution but nothing came at him.

"Each of you now possesses a unique set of skills, which you have likely acquired after sifting through those papers today. After some rest, we'll distribute the equipment, and the weapons you selected will be your personal choices. Consider this gathering dismissed," Lucas stated with a sigh. While it wasn't a formal meeting, presenting it as such added a touch of professionalism to the proceedings.

Many from Jimmy's group were astonished that Lucas was taking care of things rather than John, but the work was done successfully so they didn't say anything.

They all slept after things were over. It had been a long day so everyone was tired. Lucas and John stayed awake, they got the offer to sleep by Mike and Jerry but both of them refused saying that the healing had made them energized.

John and Lucas sat quietly without talking even a single time. Both had things in their mind that were making them uneasy. But the silence was finally disrupted by Lucas.
