Chapter 160 Calista And Ella
Calista returned home, she was exhausted by the shoot today but they were nearing the end.
If someone told her it took this long to produce a romantic movie, she would have disagreed in a heartbeat.
Calista laid on her bed tapping away at her phone, she had nothing else to do.
She got a few messages from men on Instagram about meeting up but she didn't even open them because there was nothing that they could offer her that she wasn't already experiencing.
She was driving the car of her dreams and if she needed anything, all she needed to do was give Kyle a call.
However, she reduced how she requested things or it would give him the wrong message that she was only with him for his money.
That might have been the case at the beginning but not anymore.
Calista wanted to get as much out of Kyle before he discarded her or she discarded but that strategy had changed.
She wanted to stay with Kyle for as long as possible but also knew she had to learn about any potential competition that she might have.

"Ella, was it?" She muttered to herself before scrolling through her phone to her name.
She found her name, Ella wanted to make friends that might be helpful to her career or increase in social status.
That person was Calista. Ella saw the kind of car she drove when she walked out and instantly knew she made the right call.
Calista shot Ella a text and to her surprise, she got a reply right away.
Calista smiled because she realized that Ella was the one who would bring her closer to this lady called Jane.
Jane was a lady that she wouldn't have paid much attention to on a normal day but this was different, if Kyle did like her then she needed to know why.
She needed to know how much even though Kyle had given her reassurance that she was still needed. She wasn't sure how long that would last if he found someone else to fulfil the role she provides.Nôv(el)B\\jnn
She chatted with Ella for a few minutes, the fact that Ella no longer had Jane to keep her company meant that she was a little more lonely.
And what better way to distract herself than with her new friend?
Calista's doorbell rang a couple of minutes later and judging by her facial expression, she knew who it was.
She walked to the door and behold, Ella standing at the other end.
"Hey, you.." Calista began the conversation and Ella smiled right at her.
"I'm surprised that you invited me to your home, I could be a…!" Ella stopped herself the moment she realized that she couldn't use her sense of humour for this lady.
It was too soon, she didn't know how she would be perceived but Calista hung around with Kyle.
There was no way she would be alien to such a thing.
"... Or, I am the killer," Calista responded with a gentle smile.
Calista saw the shock on Ella's face before relief replaced it and a burst of laughter followed.
"Oh my God!" Ella couldn't contain her laughter, chuckling like a mad woman.
It wasn't supposed to be this funny yet here she was, laughing like a mad woman.
"I didn't know I was that funny," Calista said with a snicker.
Ella took a step before stopping in her tracks to measure Calista, she could take her easily because Calista was one of those ladies who put excessive effort into keeping her weight below a certain weight class.
She was easily what one would call a supermodel and not the counterpart which is simply a model.
"Are you scared?" Calista asked with a sheepish smile.
"A guy opens his door and gets shot, and you think that of me? No! I am the one who knocks!" Ella fired back but she was quoting a fictional character.
"Holy shit! You watch that!?" Calista already knew she was going to get along well with her the moment she spewed those words.
Calista thought that she would have to deal with someone who would try to use her for her perceived resources but judging from her conversational skills.
Ella was a lot more down-to-earth than she realized and in a sense, had a similar sense of humor to Kyle.
"Of course I do, I love movies," Ella responded with Calista gesturing inside.
But Calista began to understand that Ella had no idea who she was.
She didn't know if this was a good or bad thing because she wanted to wipe the movies she had acted in the past off the face of the earth.
But it was a past she couldn't escape, this was the downside of having a digital footprint.
It was something that she couldn't escape from and after a few minutes of getting to know each other.
"I cannot still believe that you're an actress!" Ella exclaimed but Calista tried to act like this didn't boost her ego and tried her best to contain the grin that creased her face.
"I'm just starting! I haven't been in anything major yet," Calista tried to downplay it.
"It is only a matter of time! I'm sure of that," Ella exclaimed, urging her on.
This was moving too fast but Ella was reminded how easy connecting with women was.
If this was a man, he would have been waving his cock right about now but she had been so focused on her career that she had no time for the little things in life.
"Well, there is a movie coming up…" Calista confessed, she couldn't keep the news to herself.
"Tell me about it," Ella gave her the go-ahead.
This was meant to be a means for Calista to extract information but she found herself talking about herself and instead, giving Ella more information.
Ella didn't plan this nor was there any malicious intention attached to her interaction with her.
Ella was genuinely interested in the life she led and for the first time in a long time, she connected with someone other than Jane.
