Chapter 104: Chapter 104 My Woman, No Need for Your Concern

“Qiangwei!”

Seeing her slip down the steps, Shen Mochen’s heart tightened from behind, and he quickly rushed over.

Reaching out, wanting to check if she was injured, he was unexpectedly brushed aside by Qin Sijue with a swift swing!

Then, with an icy gaze, he looked at Shen Mochen, full of aggression, “My woman doesn’t need your concern.”n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

Confronted with his possessive look, Shen Mochen felt a moment of confusion.

He and Qiangwei, were they really just in a sham marriage?

“What happened?”

Gu Qiangwei, sweating coldly from the pain, also felt some anger towards Qin Sijue.

“Why did you walk so fast for no reason!?”

Qin Sijue was startled, realizing from her words that it might have been because of him that she nearly fell.

“Sorry,” he suddenly said.

Gu Qiangwei was taken aback, not expecting him to apologize out of the blue.

“Where are you hurt?” he bent down and started to check her over.

All she could do was clutch at her ankle.

He moved her hand away only to find the heel of her sandal broken, and her ankle slightly red.

“Twisted?” He looked up, his warm gaze locking onto her black eyes.

Watching his extremely gentle movements, Shen Mochen clenched his fists in silence.

No man could tolerate seeing the woman he cherished currently in the arms of another man, being tenderly cared for.

Gu Qiangwei didn’t speak but gritted her teeth against the pain, taking deep breaths to endure the aching in her ankle.

Then, she tried to stand up, supporting herself.

“It hurts!”

As soon as she stood up, she felt the piercing pain, and cold sweat broke out instantly, covering her forehead.

Seeing this, Qin Sijue bent down and scooped her up.

Turning around, he walked toward the black Lincoln.

The car gradually moved away, disappearing amidst the heavy rain and the traffic.

Shen Mochen stood still, watching the direction in which Gu Qiangwei had left.

“Bear with it.”

In the back seat, seeing her in pain, he spoke softly.

Gu Qiangwei gave him an annoyed glance; she clearly felt him quicken his pace when she turned around, causing her to lose her footing and slide down the steps.

Unperturbed by her anger, Qin Sijue simply lifted her foot onto his leg and gently kneaded it.

“What are you doing?” she asked, confused by his actions.

“Don’t move around.”

He wanted to massage, yet he was afraid of hurting her even more.

The car arrived at Jueyuan, and the sky had completely darkened.

Hearing the sounds at the door, Nangong Feifei, who was sitting on the sofa waiting for Qin Sijue to return, immediately put down the magazine in her hand, stood up, and rushed to the door with a look of joy.

“Sijue, you’re back—” Her words stopped short upon seeing him holding Gu Qiangwei.

This woman was supposed to have been driven out by her, so why was Sijue holding her upon returning?

Catching sight of Nangong Feifei, Gu Qiangwei also felt somewhat unnatural.

Especially given her injury that made her need to be carried in, Nangong Feifei must be wishing she could tear her apart, right?

Her eyes lifted slightly, meeting Nangong Feifei’s hostile gaze!

Gu Qiangwei pursed her lips and quickly looked away.

“Sijue, what happened to her—”

“Get out.”

Before Nangong Feifei could finish her sentence, Qin Sijue coldly spat out a single word.

Then, holding the person in his arms, he strode over to the couch.

“Young Master…” The butler, Qin Bo, came over. He was used to addressing them together as Young Master and Young Madam, but now seeing Nangong Feifei, he was unsure whether or not to address her as Young Madam.
